Springfield IL (May 15, 2022) CORAL had a good representation at AgeLinc's first annual Mardi Gras Gala event on May 14th, 2022. Twenty-two members of the organization attended, wearing masks and beads, for an evening of good food, music by the band Sojourn Rocs, and time with old and new friends.
Our very own, Jean Spears and Linda Sharp, were crowned king and queen of the evening, each receiving a coronation ceremony and prize for their attendance. And the mask that CORAL decorated for the competition may not have won, it did receive a good number of votes.
A good time was had by all and CORAL looks forward to working with AgeLinc and PrideLinc further into the future.
